Words matter in emotion management
vibrant emotion wheel
Words matter.

Words are the foundation of our emotional intelligence. Our ability in identifying, and precisely express with words for different emotions is required in understanding ourselves and amongst people.

We all learn words such as happy, sad, mad, scared, etc. in kindergartens, and it's a great start. However, if we are confined to the elementary words as adults, then we have great difficulties in connecting to the world, and most importantly, knowing ourselves.
